Precision Agriculture use of IoT.

Darryl Lyons from IoTAustralasia will discuss the use of LoRaWAN sensors in agriculture. For the wet Tropics area they are aiming to implement some environmental monitoring sensors as well as other farm sensors to automate the environmental monitoring on impacts to the Great Barrier Reef and at the same time provide valuable data to make informed decisions to improve productivity.

After a short talk we will discuss how some additional spatial insights can help the project. So bring your laptop and lets help people be more spatial!
