Written by web editor
Sunday, 21 December 2008
Fungis collaborated with the Surveying and Spatial Sciences Institute (Qld) Young Professionals to host a two day event including the Fungis Annual Conference and an Emerging Spatial Technologies Workshop.
Thanks to Alistair, Shona, Meagan, Sharlene, Petina (and family) and the team for all of their efforts, and to all of the people who attended. Thanks also to Bob and Patrick Peever, Anne Stapledon and Mike Coleman for organising the mystery tour component of the conference - a metrogaine!
This event was followed by a reef trip (complete with Reef Networking tech-talk, courtesy of Stuart Kininmonth, Australian Institute of Marine Science) for those game enough to join the SSSI Young Professionals who organised this - thanks Carl & Matt!
Some of the photos taken during these three great days are in the slide show below. You need Adobe Flash Player 8 to view the slide show. Download Flash Player
Special thanks are also extended to all the organisations below, who kindly supported the event.
