MapChat - Combatting weeds with Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence (AI) will soon be involved in every aspect of land management. At this MapChat, Andrew Mitchell will give us insight into the development of recent AI model apps, WeedScan and FeralScan, and how they're improving agricultural and environmental weed management outcomes.

2022 FunGIS conference - Mapping on the move!

From mobile data collection, to managing moving data, adapting to and driving change through maps, providing near-real-time solutions and solving spatial problems. MapChat - Google MyMaps: an intro and in action!

At this month's MapChat, Alistair Hart will introduce us to the Google MyMaps platform and demonstrate it in action. Following on from this, we will apply what we have learnt in a facilitated discussion on setting up a community mapping project, led by a group of local volunteers.

FunGIS 2019 Conference - Dealing with Data - It's Everywhere
